Meal Prepping/Planning

Sunday is my favorite day of the week.  I have never really enjoyed Sunday, mainly because it is the day before Monday. Who Now I have learned to absolutely love Sunday! Why, do you ask?  I love Sunday because that is my meal planning/prepping day.  Saturday night and Sunday morning can will find me on Pinterest searching for new recipes to try for the upcoming week and searching for coupons to satisfy the little bargain shopper in me 😉  It’s my therapy and I cannot imagine a Sunday being spent any other way.


I plan and prepare my breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks.  I love sharing the final products on social media (Facebook and Instagram).   I do not follow a specific diet because I do not believe in diets, I believe in eating exactly what you want, but in moderation.  I believe that you should listen to your body (and stomach) to figure out what you should plan for the week.  My dishes depend on how my stomach has been feeling.  I have a condition called Gastritis, which means that I cannot have certain foods, mainly acidic foods.  Needless to say, I have to very careful about what I eat so I have learned to really tune in and listen to what my body and stomach are telling me.


I have found that listening to what my body and stomach need helps me narrow down my search for recipes and I pretty much know now what I can and cannot eat.  The art of couponing also helps me with my always necessary, almost always adventurous task of meal planning/prepping.

While my love for meal planning/prepping runs deep, I know that not everyone has butterflies when they hear those words.  Some people simply do not have the time to research recipes then spend more time prepping and cooking.  This is where I come to your rescue! 🙂I have been sitting and sleeping on this idea for weeks and I am finally able to share it.

I want to help those who would rather do anything in the world but meal planning/prepping.  I will do all of the dirty work for you ;).  You tell me what type of recipes you are looking for, if you have any diet restrictions, how much time you are willing to spend on cooking, etc..  I will then research the recipes for you and send them your way with a grocery list and a how-to for your meals.   The only task you have to complete is first buying the food and then coming home and cooking the meal. Of course, then letting me know what you think! How does that sound?!?

  3. I really need to get better about freezer meals! I did it once when baby was born and it was so wonderful, then i promptly never did it again lol

  4. I really try to pre plan and meal prep for the week. I love that you are providing help for those who need a little push in the right direction. Once you start to plan and see how smooth your week goes with pre-made meals, there is no going back.
