Chipotle!

Who doesn’t like Mexican food?! I love Mexican food, especially when it’s made in my own kitchen ;). We can call this a re-make Chipotle Burrito Bowl (with slight variations).
What You’ll Need

A handful of salad greens (I used spinach, arugula & kale but feel free to use whatever mix you like)
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup cooked black beans (I used canned but feel free to use bagged)
1 small avocado 
A sprinkle of cheese (I used Mexican mix — the best combo for this dish)
A few slices of red onion
1 cooked and sliced cut of beef steak (I used flank but you can use whatever cut you like)
Juice from one lime
Preparation 
Combine all above ingredients together on a bowl and squeeze lime juice and shake up!
Please feel free to add other ingredients such as tomatoes! You can also take ingredients out that you don’t like and substitute it by doubling up on another ingredient that you do like
